Prices depend on the property and are between 48,000 and 68,000 U$. The management is at your disposal in case you have legal and financial questions and will help you obtain residency papers.

At Club Residencial the apartments are taken care of in the owner's absence. For people that would like to move here, the reception can take care of most of the administrative as well as the organizational contacts.
